Are you a business owner, manager, HR practitioner, employee, worker or researcher? Get in touch with The Voice Research Group to get involved in our current projects and inform our future research agenda.

We engage in a number of research projects around employee/worker voice each year, regularly publish research findings in academic journals and present our latest research in world-leading academic conferences such as the Academy of Management in the U.S. and the British Academy of Management in the U.K.

We are always open to new academic collaborations with researchers around the world to enable us to undertake cutting-edge quantitative and qualitative studies on a range of issues around employee/worker voice.

We are also looking for organisations willing to participate in our studies, in exchange for written reports of our findings and an insight into their own voice practices.

Our group members can also offer consultancy to support businesses and organisations to create, implement and improve participative management practices aimed at increasing employee/worker voice and participation in organisational decision-making.

Anyone interested in learning more about our research agenda and discuss opportunities to collaborate, please contact Professor Rea Prouska at rea.prouska@faculty.hult.edu.
