The Voice Research Group is a group of academic researchers who have a common interest in all issues surrounding voice in the workplace. Our aim is to engage with business owners, managers, HR practitioners, employees and workers who are interested in our research and future research agenda. We offer resources, short summaries of our research findings, practical points and access to our research articles to encourage employers, managers and practitioners to engage with this evidence and use it to shape a positive voice experience for all employees and workers.
